• imperionism.com offers a range of art pieces, limited edition items, and commissioned artwork for sale.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without notice.

3. Orders and Purchases

• To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product details, or issues with your payment.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices on imperionism.com are displayed in euro and include VAT, where applicable.
• Payment is accepted through paypal for small amount items, bank transfer for larger amounts.
• Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship within the EU and to select international destinations. Shipping costs vary based on the destination, and you will see the total cost at checkout. Shipping art, especially three dimensional pieces, is a specialized affair. We will be in touch and work out delivery and on site installation with you.
• Delivery times depend on your location and product availability. imperionism.com is not responsible for any delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.
• Please check all items upon receipt. If any item is damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos and a description of the issue.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item(s), as per EU Consumer Rights.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@imperionism.com. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Custom or commissioned items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
